Groove Gates is a transformation project based on an existing structural framework located along the Adriatic coast. The concept centered on redefining the unfinished concrete skeleton and establishing a new architectural identity.

The intervention introduced a revised facade system, natural material finishes, and integrated greenery to soften the massing and strengthen the building’s relationship with its coastal surroundings.

The result is a clear architectural shift, from exposed construction structure to a refined contemporary coastal development.
