For decades, Strojorad was part of Sarajevo’s industrial backbone, a working site defined by precision, labour, and production. Today, the location remains largely unused, with parts of the former complex standing vacant while ownership, planning conditions, and urban regulations continue to be reviewed.
Our team developed a detailed 3D architectural presentation of a proposed mixed-use redevelopment for the site. The concept envisions two contemporary towers framing a hotel and retail space, connected by a rooftop park designed as an elevated public green area.
The project has not yet moved into construction. It is still awaiting approval from the relevant municipal and planning authorities, and until all institutional consents are secured, development cannot begin.
Our work represents a visual exploration of the site’s future potential, a way to present what this part of the city could become once the formal process is complete.
