Mega Mall, with approximately 70,000 square meters of retail space, is the largest shopping center in the region. Our studio led the project from the initial concept development through detailed spatial planning and full architectural coordination.

Given the scale of the development, the project required a clear circulation strategy, structured zoning, and a layout capable of accommodating diverse retail formats. In addition to the architectural framework, we collaborated closely with all tenants to align their brand requirements with the overall design guidelines.

By coordinating both international and local retailers, we established visual coherence across the mall while preserving individual brand identities. The result is a functional, organized commercial environment designed for clarity, flexibility, and long-term use.
