Plaza Mostar is a retail development located near the city of Mostar. Our studio developed the concept design of the entire complex together with its complete brand identity.

The project is organized around a large open square, with retail units positioned along its perimeter. Visitors access each store directly from the central plaza, creating an open and outward-oriented layout rather than a conventional enclosed shopping mall.

Due to strong winds characteristic of this area, all entrances are recessed and covered, providing protection while maintaining visual openness toward the square. The plaza itself is designed as a flexible public space for events and gatherings, making it the functional and social core of the development.
