Sky is a residential development composed of multi-unit apartment buildings and private villas. Our studio was commissioned to redesign the project at the concept level, replacing the previous scheme with a clearer architectural direction and a restructured masterplan.

The revised layout establishes a stronger relationship between the higher-density apartment blocks and the more private villa units. Particular attention was given to facade articulation, material contrast, and balcony rhythm to create a consistent visual identity across different building typologies.

In addition to the concept design, we developed accompanying architectural visualizations to communicate the updated spatial organization and architectural character of the project.
